• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to use Uhnite. Schools are responsible for obtaining consent for student data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Uhnite. You shall not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Uhnite.
• Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of Uhnite.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and trademarks on Uhnite.com are owned by DKSHAW INFOTEK PRIVATE LTD.

You are granted a limited license to access and use Uhnite for educational purposes only. No part of Uhnite may be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

• Access to certain features of Uhnite may require a subscription through your school.
• Once a subscription is activated, fees are non-refundable. Specific refund terms for paid products/services will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Uhnite is meant to supplement school education and does not guarantee academic results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKSHAW INFOTEK PRIVATE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Uhnite.
